How does the free 30-day trial work?
You can install Uptrack on as many machines as you’d like. Your systems will immediately receive all the important kernel updates your Linux vendor has released since you last upgraded the kernel on disk, bringing your systems up-to-date right away. When your Linux vendor releases new kernel updates during the trial, you can seamlessly apply those updates as well. If you decide to keep Uptrack, you can sign up any time during your free 30-day trial.
How much will I be billed?
After you sign up as a customer and complete the free 30-day trial, we’ll bill you each month based on how many machines are using the Uptrack service.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. You simply pay month-to-month, based on how many machines you have using the Uptrack service.
Do I have to enter my credit card?
No, there’s no credit card or payment required for the trial. To continue your service, you can enter your credit card at any time during the trial.
Do I still get a 30-day free trial if I sign up sooner?
Yes, we won’t start charging you until your 30-day free trial is up, no matter when you decide to buy.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
I need to pay with a purchase order, in advance for a year’s worth of service. Can I still subscribe to Uptrack?
